Chief of Mom Life is operated from the United States and is intended solely for individuals located within the United States.
We make no representation that the services, content, or materials are appropriate for use outside of the United States. By accessing or using our services, you represent that you are located in the United States.
If you access the website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Chief of Mom Life does not knowingly collect or process personal data subject to the laws of jurisdictions outside the United States, including but not limited to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, repeated disruption, solicitation, unauthorized promotion, misuse of member information, or behavior that undermines the safety, integrity, or intended purpose of the community is prohibited.
Others may share personal experiences within the community, and members are expected to treat those conversations with confidentiality and not share another member’s personal information or stories without permission.
We reserve the right to remove content, restrict participation, suspend access, or terminate membership participation at our discretion for any reason.

Billing & Cancellation
By enrolling in a Chief of Mom Life program, membership, cohort, or paid offering, you authorize Chief of Mom Life, LLC to charge the payment method provided at checkout for all applicable one-time and recurring fees disclosed at the time of purchase.
Certain offerings may include recurring subscription billing. Recurring charges will continue automatically according to the billing terms presented at enrollment unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
To avoid your next scheduled recurring charge, cancellation requests must be submitted via email to team@chiefofmomlife.com at least three (3) business days before the next billing date.
Requests submitted after that period take effect following the next billing cycle.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information.
If a payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to programs, memberships, community spaces, or digital resources until payment issues are resolved.
Due to the immediate access provided to digital resources, proprietary materials, and community spaces, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any portion of our services, programs, memberships, community spaces, or digital resources at our sole discretion for any reason. As examples, if we believe a user has:
violated these Terms,
engaged in disruptive, abusive, or harmful conduct,
misused community spaces,
infringed upon intellectual property rights,
shared proprietary materials without permission,
interfered with the operation or integrity of the business or community,
or engaged in fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity.
Termination or suspension may occur without prior notice.
In the event of termination resulting from a violation of these Terms, no refunds will be provided.
You may discontinue use of our services at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
