Helping kids grow more capable, one handoff at a time.

As our kids grow, our leadership role changes. This hands-on workshop helps you recognize where your kids may be ready for more and create practical Systems that support their growth.

Parents and caregivers of kids ages 5 and older, at any stage, who want to be intentional about when to step in and when to step back.

Building Independence Together

Growing independence, one handoff at a time. Together.

As kids grow, our leadership role changes. This hands-on workshop helps you and your tween or teen find a next handoff and build a practical System that supports it.

Adults with tweens or teens who want to be intentional about when to step in and when to step back.

The idea

The room

A place to build together.

Systems stick when the people who use them help build them. In a Family Workshop, you work alongside other families, and with your partner or co-parent if they join you, so what you leave with fits the way your household actually runs.

You share what you built and hear what other families built. Every System in the room becomes one you could borrow.
