You're holding more than anyone sees.
Lead Your Life is our signature eight-week leadership development program for Moms. Build your foundations with the Mom Life Leadership System, alongside a small peer circle or one-to-one with a founder coach.
Motherhood is one of the most demanding leadership roles there is. It just rarely gets treated like one.
Lead Your Life
A leadership development program for Moms who want to actually lead their lives, not just keep up with them.
Over eight weeks, you build your foundations using the Mom Life Leadership System. The curriculum covers the five foundations, plus additional leadership content, application, and reflection. It is practical, structured, and built for real life, not ideal conditions.
You are not buying a course or downloading a planner. You are building a leadership practice, as part of Chief of Mom Life.
Five foundations that work together.
Each one builds on the last, reducing mental load, clarifying what matters, and creating change that lasts. They anchor the eight-week curriculum, along with additional leadership content, application, and reflection.
Clarity
Get clear on what actually matters to you and your family, and name the non-negotiables that keep your life running.
Focus
Choose what deserves your attention in this season, not forever, just now.
Systems
Build what carries the weight for you, so less of it depends on you holding it all.
Reflection
Step back regularly to see what's working and what needs to change.
Community
No leader leads alone. What you build holds when it's shared and supported.
Two ways to experience Lead Your Life.
Both use the same eight-week curriculum and the same five foundations. The difference is how you engage with it, and how much personal support you have along the way.

You don't do it alone.
In Lead Your Life Peer-to-Peer, you join a circle of four to six Moms who meet weekly for 60 minutes. The same Moms, every week, holding the same rhythm with you. Small enough that everyone is heard, and consistent enough that you actually get to know each other.
Your circle meets peer to peer. The Moms take turns facilitating their own meetings, guided by a structured curriculum, discussion prompts, and reflection activities. Leadership is shared and practiced, not performed by an expert at the front of the room. That is the point. Moms do not need another class. They need the practice.
Circles form around communities, so the Moms you begin alongside often already have something in common with you, whether that is a neighborhood, a school, or an organization you both belong to.
We are always forming new circles.
