Build one thing that makes tomorrow easier.
A 90 minute workshop for Moms. You will leave with one system you built yourself and a new way to see the work you are already doing — all of it in a room full of Moms thinking alongside you.
The goal is not to become better at carrying the weight. The goal is to build what can carry it for you.
Most advice for Moms assumes the problem is you. Be more organized, more efficient, more disciplined. This workshop starts somewhere else.
Systems reduce mental load by carrying what Moms currently carry in their heads. Every system is a decision made once instead of dozens of times. It is a little time spent building something now so that less effort is required over and over again.
This is not productivity. It is leadership. You are already leading. This workshop simply gives you the language and the tools for the role you have been living all along.
Learn together. Build together. Share together.
A structured 90 minutes, built so you leave with something real rather than a page of notes you will not read again.
One system, already built.
Not a plan to make a plan. By the time you leave, you will have built one system you can put to work the same week — on something you want to work better, feel easier, or run more consistently.
A place to think well together.
This is not venting or networking. Those have their place. This is something else.
It is a small group of Moms, working on real life, in a room built for thinking clearly. Structured enough that you get somewhere. Warm enough that you want to be there. When one Mom shares a system, every Mom leaves with another possibility.
Mom Life Workshop: Everyday Systems is an introduction to the Life Leadership System, the framework at the heart of Chief of Mom Life. You will leave with one piece of it, already working.
What Moms are saying.
It is a lens through which I’ve never viewed “mom life,” but it is so helpful, and provides the much due gravitas to our daily role as a leader in our family.
You leave with something you can actually build, instead of good intentions or just warm feelings. You look at what in your life keeps taking your attention, and come up with one system for it before you walk out.
A brain trust of engaged, intentional moms. The thoughtful ideas were specific to our individual needs, unlike anything you could find online in hours of scrolling. I left ready to put systems in place.
They should go! They will feel a sense of community with some amazing moms, and leave feeling empowered to implement new ideas to make managing their home and family easier.
