-
Being a Chief of Mom Life means choosing to lead your life with clarity and intention instead of constantly reacting to everything around you. It is the practice of deciding what matters most and creating structure that makes real progress possible.
-
Many groups provide connection. Chief of Mom Life provides connection plus structure.
You and your group move through a shared framework designed to help you clarify priorities, address real-life challenges, and make sustainable changes — not just talk about them.
-
Groups typically connect once per week for about an hour. Connections often include a check-in, discussion of a specific topic, sharing ideas and insights, and simple commitments for the coming week — all within a simple, steady rhythm that keeps the conversation focused and practical.Item description
-
Groups are intentionally peer-led to create trust and shared ownership. The program provides structure and prompts, but the conversations belong to the group.
Chief of Mom Life is designed to build your self-leadership.
-
Participation is currently through self-assembled groups of 2–6 moms you already know and trust, such as friends, neighbors, coworkers, or fellow parents.
-
The small-group model is our current focus during the pilot phase. We believe shared structure and steady connection strengthen follow-through and clarity in meaningful ways.
Chief of Mom Life is designed as a broader framework that will continue to expand over time. Future offerings may include additional tools, digital resources, and content to support leadership in real life, as well as opportunities for larger community groups such as churches, schools, and organizations that want to support mothers through a shared structure and approach. -
No. Chief of Mom Life is not therapy and does not replace professional support. If you’re facing challenges that require specialized care, working with a licensed professional may be valuable alongside this experience.
-
That’s okay. The program begins with clarifying what matters most to you. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start.
-
No. Chief of Mom Life is for any Mom who feels responsible for the emotional labor, decision-making, and coordination of family life — regardless of employment status.
-
Real life happens. Groups set expectations together and support one another through scheduling challenges. Consistency helps, but perfection isn’t required.
-
Membership includes guided modules with frameworks and reflection prompts, worksheets to capture insights and decisions, suggested meeting formats, access to the digital platform, connection with your group through a chat tool, and email support for platform and content questions.
-
Membership is currently free during the pilot phase. A paid model may be introduced in the future, with early members receiving advance notice.
-
Advice is easy to find. Implementation is harder.
Chief of Mom Life combines structured frameworks with real-life accountability and peer support — helping you apply ideas consistently, not just collect them.
-
The goal is the opposite. By clarifying priorities and solving problems once rather than over and over, most members find their mental load decreases rather than increases.
-
Chief of Mom Life is designed around the experiences many Moms share, but we recognize that carrying the mental load for your family and loss of agency can be carried by many kinds of caregivers.
If you identify with these challenges and feel this experience could benefit you, we would love to hear from you. Please contact us at team@chiefofmomlife.com so we can explore what participation could look like in a way that is welcoming to you and respectful of the group dynamic.
-
Your conversations remain within your group. We encourage members to create a space of trust, respect, and confidentiality. Chief of Mom Life has administrative access to the Chief of Mom Life App and WhatsApp to address technical issues, ensure safety, or respond if concerns are raised. We may also review platform-level trends to learn how the program is being applied and to make thoughtful improvements. Conversations within your group are not monitored.
