For the organizations Moms already belong to

Bring something real to the Moms in your community.

Your organization opens the door. Chief of Mom Life brings the program.

These Moms already trust your organization. We have the framework, form the cohorts, and support every Mom who joins. Together, that gives the Moms you serve clarity, confidence, and structure, and gives back to your organization.

A partnership for organizations. Daycare centers, schools and PTAs, churches and faith communities, alumni associations, and community organizations.

Why partner

No one hands you a framework for leading a family. There has never been one to hand.

Chief of Mom Life treats motherhood as the leadership role it is, and gives Moms the framework to lead it with clarity. A framework only helps the Moms it reaches, and that is where your organization comes in.

How it works

Chief of Mom Life forms the cohorts. Your organization is how the Moms find their way in.

When a Mom registers, she names the organization that brought her, and we place her in a cohort formed around that community. She is not joining a room of strangers. At a daycare center, that might be Moms whose children are down the same hallway. In an alumni association, it might be Moms who share an affiliation and little else yet. Either way, she arrives already having something in common with the room.

From there, the cohort meets peer to peer. The Moms take turns leading their own meetings, guided by the app. Leadership is shared and practiced, not performed by an expert at the front of the room. That is the point. Moms do not need another class. They need the practice.

What each side brings

A partnership, split cleanly.

Your organization brings the community.

We have the framework, form the cohorts, and support the Moms throughout. The app guides every meeting and delivers the framework, resources, and reflections along the way.

FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

The basics
What exactly is my organization signing up to do?
Introduce Chief of Mom Life to the Moms you serve. When a Mom registers, she names your organization, and we place her in a cohort formed around your community. Your organization is not asked to teach, facilitate, or run anything.
What is Lead Your Life?
Lead Your Life is the Chief of Mom Life membership. A Mom joins with a one-time initiation fee of $149 to secure her place in a cohort, then $49 per month once her cohort begins. She can cancel anytime.
What are the one-time workshops?
Our workshops are shorter entry points into Chief of Mom Life. Mom Life Reset is $99. We add workshops from time to time, and you can see the current list when you sign up. Many Moms start with a workshop and continue into Lead Your Life.
How do the cohort meetings work?
Peer to peer. The Moms in a cohort meet as equals and take turns leading their own meetings, guided by the app, which delivers the framework, resources, and reflections along the way. Leadership is shared and practiced rather than performed by an expert at the front of the room.
How are Moms matched to a cohort?
Chief of Mom Life forms cohorts around partner communities. When a Mom registers, she names the organization that brought her, and we place her with other Moms from that same community.
The give-back
What does my organization receive?
A give-back for every Mom your organization brings in: $49 when she joins Lead Your Life, or $29 when she registers for a one-time workshop. Give-backs are directed to the recipient your organization named.
When are give-backs paid?
Within 30 days. For Lead Your Life, the clock starts when her membership begins, meaning the date she is placed in a cohort and her first monthly payment is charged. For a workshop, it starts when she registers.
How are give-backs paid?
By ACH transfer to the account you designate, sent monthly as a single batch of everything that became payable the month before.
If a Mom starts with a workshop and later joins Lead Your Life, do we receive both?
$49 is the total per Mom. Your organization receives $29 at the workshop and $20 when she joins Lead Your Life, provided she joins within 90 days of the workshop.
What if a Mom is placed on a waitlist?
The give-back follows when she is placed and her membership begins. There is no time limit on placement. This usually only comes up when one or two Moms register and there are not yet enough from your community to form a cohort. As more Moms join, cohorts form.
What happens if a Mom cancels right after joining?
If she cancels within 60 days of her membership beginning, or if a payment is refunded, we reverse the give-back and offset it against your next one. If no further give-backs come due within 180 days, we let it go and will not ask for it back.
What if we think a give-back is wrong?
Write to us at team@chiefofmomlife.com within 60 days of the payment and we will review our records and respond within 30 days.
Is there a limit to how many Moms we can bring in?
No. Each Mom brings one give-back.
Who can take part, and who gets paid
Can a staff member, officer, or volunteer receive a payment personally?
No. This program is open to organizations only, and no individual is ever personally paid. Every give-back is directed to your organization or to a 501(c)(3) it names. This is deliberate. It keeps the arrangement clear of the conflict-of-interest and anti-solicitation rules that many schools, PTAs, churches, and centers apply to staff and officers.
Can we send give-backs to a different charity instead of our own organization?
Yes. Your organization can direct give-backs to any qualifying 501(c)(3) it names, at signup or later. The account we deposit into must belong to whichever organization you name.
Is the give-back a tax-deductible donation for our organization?
No. When Chief of Mom Life directs a give-back at your instruction, it is a Chief of Mom Life payment, not a gift of your organization's money, so it is not a charitable deduction for your organization. The receiving organization handles its own tax treatment. Chief of Mom Life is not a tax advisor. Your organization should consult its own advisor.
Do we need to check anything internally before signing up?
Yes. Your organization is responsible for confirming that taking part is consistent with its own bylaws, policies, and any applicable rules, and for obtaining whatever internal approvals it needs. Because no individual is personally paid, most conflict-of-interest concerns are addressed by design, but the review is still your organization's to make.
Hosting and promotion
Can we host cohort meetings at our site?
Yes, and many partners do. A familiar place makes it easier for Moms to show up. Hosting is entirely optional and does not change your give-back either way. Any room that works for the group is fine. If you host, you are providing the space only.
How do we promote Chief of Mom Life?
We provide a toolkit with approved language, graphics, and a printable flyer. At signup you tell us whether you plan to promote Lead Your Life or a workshop, and we send the matching materials. You can change that at any time, and it does not limit what you may promote or what you can earn.
Can we write our own posts or make our own materials?
Your organization is welcome to speak in its own voice, but any Chief of Mom Life branded materials you create, and any claims you make about the program, need approval before use. This protects both sides: your credibility and the brand.
Can we say Chief of Mom Life endorses our organization?
No. The partnership does not make your organization a Chief of Mom Life representative, agent, or endorsee, and it does not make Chief of Mom Life an endorser of your organization. Your organization is making an introduction, not speaking for Chief of Mom Life.
Getting started and stepping away
How is our organization credited?
A Mom names your organization when she registers, and that is how she is placed in your community's cohort.
What if a Mom forgets to name us?
Contact us at team@chiefofmomlife.com before her cohort begins and we will correct it. Once her cohort has started, we are not able to change it.
Can we stop at any time?
Yes. Either side can end the partnership at any time. Your organization will receive any give-backs already earned for Moms whose memberships have begun before the end date.

The Moms you serve are ready.

Your organization is the one they trust to tell them. Let us make the introduction together.
