Explore Chief of Mom Life
A leadership model for motherhood—designed to reduce mental load and protect what matters most.
Chief of Mom Life is not about doing more. It’s about leading differently.
Built for moms who carry the emotional labor, decision-making, and invisible work of family life, our programs help you create clarity, reduce reactivity, and make progress that actually holds—without rigidity, guilt, or burnout.
How the Model Works
Chief of Mom Life is designed to be engaged with intentionally. The program is built on four interconnected pillars that work together to support you over time.
Values Work
Clarify what matters most to you so your decisions feel aligned, purposeful, and meaningful. When your values are clear, progress feels grounding—not exhausting.
Mom Community
Form a group of 2–6 moms who connect weekly, offering validation, inspiration, thoughtful partnership, and the reminder that you’re not doing this alone.
Sustainable Changes
We focus on durable systems that reduce mental load and eliminate constant second-guessing—so intention leads, not urgency.
Content & Tools
Practical approaches and ideas that help you make efficient, effective changes in real life—without adding more to your plate.
What Participation Looks Like
Time commitment: ~2 hours per week
1 hour reflecting
1 hour connecting with your group
Most members quickly reclaim this time through the clarity and systems they build.
Initial Commitment:
3 to 6 months
This work deepens over time and is intended to become an ongoing part of your life and community.
Community structure:

Invite friends, neighbors, coworkers, or fellow moms you already trust.
Why “Chief of Mom Life”?
Because motherhood already requires leadership.
Moms are managing priorities, anticipating needs, coordinating systems, and holding long-term outcomes—often without structure, visibility, or support. Chief of Mom Life names that reality and gives you tools to lead with clarity and confidence.
